The Path to Inner Peace:Simple Meditations for Everyday Life Meditation makes us happy and positive. The meditations taught in this class will help you deal with the difficult people and situations in your life. You will learn how to deepen your ability to concentrate, let go of distractions, and gain a deep feeling of peace and contentment. This series of classes will help you learn how to establish a daily meditation practice and consists of a guided meditation, a talk and discussion each class.
