This mid-day class consists of a gentle relaxation meditation, brief talk on positive thinking and a second meditation. These meditations are guided and are suitable for beginners as well as the experienced. This short, but effective lunch-break meditation helps to release stress and find some inner peace in the middle of a busy day.

In this class you will learn how to meditate, how to establish a daily practice, how to concentrate and how to overcome distractions. These guided meditations are the foundation for developing a powerful meditation practice. A daily meditation practice has many benefits:
