These classes are intended to introduce children of all ages to Kadampa Buddhist meditation. Classes will include brief prayers, short meditation, and simple teachings as well as emphasize kindness to others and cultivating a happy heart.

Ages 4 to 11 typically attend however, all are welcome including parents.

Dharma for Kids meets the second Sunday of every month from 10-11:00 am.
