Dharma For Kids

Kids Classes!

These classes are intended to introduce children of all ages to Kadampa Buddhist meditation. Classes will include brief prayers, short meditation, and simple teachings as well as emphasize kindness to others and cultivating a happy heart.

Ages 4 to 11 typically attend however, all are welcome including parents.

Dharma for Kids meets the first Sunday of every month from 10-11:00 am.

The upcoming 2010 dates are:
Jan  3, Feb 7, Mar 7, Apr 4, May 2

Cost: $4 / class - Join at any time
