Eliminating the Root Cause of Our Problems
Saturday, February 18, 10:00am – 1:00pm
Buddhist teachings explain that our suffering and problems come about due to uncontrolled and painful states of mind known as delusions. Self-cherishing is our normal view that believes “I am important” and “My happiness and freedom are important”,

and neglects others’ happiness and freedom.
Learning practical methods to reduce the power of this inner negativity will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us the skill to be the person we wish to be - positive, joyful, confident and loving.
Angie Kane is the resident teacher of Prajnaparamita Buddhist Center in Santa Monica, CA.
