INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION
Half Day Workshop

In this workshop we will learn how to establish a daily meditation practice. The meditations taught in this class will help you deal with the difficult people and situations in your life. You will learn how to deepen your ability to concentrate, let go of distractions, and gain a lasting feeling of peace and contentment.
