Intro to Guru Yoga and Mandala Retreat We all wish for spiritual realizations, but this depends upon many preliminary practices such as purifying negativity, accumulating merit and receiving blessings. In this annual retreat we focus on the preliminary practices of accumulating merit, or positive energy, by making mandala offerings and receiving blessings by engaging in Guru Yoga practice. This is a special practice that enables us to strengthen and deepen our connection with our Spiritual Guide.
The retreat begins with introductory talk on Friday evening June 11th, and ends Thursday, the 17th. This retreat consistent of teachings, instructions on Guru Yoga and meditation. Come for the week or for a day. Everyone is welcome.

Although Tantra is very popular, not many people understand its real meaning. Tantra is a special inner technology that introduces us to a new world of meditation. Based on an understanding of the true nature of things and motivated by a sincere wish to benefit others, we learn how to use our imagination as a powerful tool to make swift spiritual progress. In this day course Angie Kane will explain the nature and function of Tantra and the great benefits we experience practicing Tantra purely and correctly.
